  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Children Policy: Children 11 and below can stay in the hotel for free. Maximum number of children allowed to stay for free depends on the room type booked.
  • Modification Policy: Reservation can be modified any time before check-in date without charges
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 2 Day(s) before check-in date will be charged the total amount of the reservation
  • No-show Policy: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

  • Breakfast for 5th and 6th persons for Family Room: Breakfast for 5th and 6th persons for Family Room will be charged for RM12.00.
  • Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Policy: Early check in or late check out at additional RM 10.00 per hour.
  • Extra Mattress Policy: Additional RM 35.00 per extra mattress set
  • Extra Pax Policy: Extra pax in room additional of RM 45.00 per adults.
